Our 16 week employment programme starts on 28th February at Kirkdale Community Centre to give you the skills and experience you’ll need for a career in construction! You’ll learn from industry guest speakers and get work experience on your CV with top employers, plus get your CSCS card and guaranteed job interviews!

Get the skills you need
You’ll study:
- Functional Skills Maths and English
- Asbestos awareness
- Manual handling
- Health and safety within a construction environment
- First aid
- Mental health first aid
- Employability support – CV writing, interview skills, maintaining work standards, confidence building
- Training and support in readiness for the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) test
