At The Learning Foundry, we support businesses looking to recruit new members to their team or upskill existing staff through our range of  high quality apprenticeship programmes. 

Available to anyone over the age of 16 and covering all levels and abilities, apprenticeships give employers the perfect opportunity to develop staff in-house. The skills your apprentices or staff gain will bring fresh ideas and motivation to your business. 

All of our programmes are delivered in line with national standards and have been developed alongside industry professionals to meet the individual needs of the businesses we work with. 

At the end of the apprenticeship programme, you can be confident that your newly qualified member of staff will be fully equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to make an instant impact to your business.

Business qualifications

The Learning Foundry offers a range of business apprenticeships including:

 

ILM Level 5 Diploma For Leaders and Managers

For individuals who manage teams and are responsible for achieving operational or departmental goals.

 

ILM Level 3 Diploma for Managers

For aspiring professionals taking their first steps into management or those with

some experience of managing a team.

 

City and Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Business Adminstration

For individuals who work in administrative roles or people who want to improve their supervisory skills.

 

City and Guilds Level 2 Diploma in Business Adminstration

For individuals who work in an administrative support role and are looking to develop their skills or progress to more senior administrative roles.

 

City and Guilds Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service

For individuals who want to develop their skills to work effectively in customer service or related sectors, eg contact centre and sales.

Housing qualifications

Working with our colleagues at The Regenda Group and accredited by the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH), we have developed a range of apprenticeships that meet the needs of the housing sector:

 

CIH Level 4 Certificate in Housing

For senior housing professionals in the social or private housing sector who are responsible for the delivery and management of housing related services (e.g. Neighbourhood Manager, Housing Manager, Income Manager).

 

CIH Level 3 Certificate in Housing Practice

This apprenticeship is aimed at housing/ property management officers in an operational role (e.g. Housing Officer, Lettings Officer, Supported Housing Officer).

 

CIH Level 2 Certificate in Housing Practice

This qualification is ideal for those working in an entry level role in either the social or private housing sector (e.g. Customer Services Assistant, Housing Assistant, Lettings Assistant).

Dental Nursing qualifications

We offer two levels of apprenticeships, developed for the specific needs of the dental sector:

City and Guilds Level 3 Dental

This apprenticeship is for individuals working in the oral healthcare sector and is a recognised qualification with the General Dental Council, meaning it is a necessity for all dental nurses.

City and Guilds Level 2 Certificate in Healthcare Support Services

This apprenticeship is ideal for individuals at the start of their career in dental nursing, and covers the essential skills needed for a career in the dental sector.

Childcare and Playwork Qualifications

We offer a range of apprenticeships, developed for the specific needs of the childcare and playwork sectors:

City and Guilds Level 3 Early Years Educator

For individuals currently working in the childcare sector. The learner should be working at the Early Years Foundation Stage and be a key worker, responsible for observing and assessing the individual needs of children.  

City and Guilds Level 2 Children and Young People's Workforce 

This apprenticeship is an ideal starting point for anyone interested in a career in childcare. It provides a solid foundation to build a career upon, offering first-hand experience in working alongside children and young people.

City and Guilds Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship in Playwork

This apprenticeship is for individuals currently working in the playwork sector. The learner should be working directly with children in a playwork setting where the main purpose in to provide children and young people with opportunities for free chosen, self-directed play.

City and Guilds Level 2 Apprentice in Playwork

This apprenticeship is for individuals currently working in a playwork setting but who do not yet have full responsibility for the play environment.
