A busy day for our Youthquake stars

It’s a busy day for two of our Youthquake learners, Jamie-Leigh and Charlotte, today as the TLF team get ready for the Good Business Festival’s event!

Radio stars…

Charlotte joined our Managing Director, Joanne Abraham, in an interview for Paul Salt’s breakfast show on BBC Radio Merseyside this morning!  Discussing all things Youthquake, Jo talked about how our Youthquake programme embodies the positive ethos of The Good Business Festival, making talent shine for young people on our region whilst providing practical good business training so learners can be part of a global movement for good!  Charlotte spoke about her journey on the Youthquake programme, telling listeners about her background, how she got involved, her team’s business idea, and how Youthquake has helped her!

You can listen to our two TLF radio stars via BBC Sounds here, from 2:22:22!

Stage stars…

The excitement of today doesn’t stop there for our media personalities!  Charlotte and Jamie-Leigh will both be on stage at The Good Business Festival’s event at ACC Liverpool, Change Business for Good!  They’ll be taking the mic with Garth Dallas, Head of Collaborations for the Good Business Festival, to discuss their Youthquake experience and how their business ideas will be part of the movement for good and solve real community issues.
