We are closely monitoring government advice about the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and as the situation evolves are making some changes to our services.
We have published some frequently asked questions (FAQs) to answer your general enquires in relation to the training and services that The Learning Foundry provide during this time. They will be regularly updated to reflect the latest Government guidance.

1) What action is The Learning Foundry Taking?
Having listened to government advice, The Learning Foundry staff have been meeting to discuss our response to the current outbreak, with your safety our top priority. We are taking some measures to protect the health of learners, employers, colleagues and the wider community by reducing as much non-essential contact as we can. The actions we have taken thus far are:
Closure of our campus in the Watson Building to all learners and external visitors
Suspension of all face-to-face classroom teaching/training
Suspension of all face-to-face assessor visits with learners and employers in the workplace
Suspension of all face-to-face business meetings, attendance at external events and all non-essential business travel
We anticipate that the above measures will remain in place for a minimum period of three months, however this timescale will be reviewed in accordance with government advice.
2) What does this mean if I am a current Learner?
We will continue to deliver our courses and qualifications remotely and online and will provide all learner support in this way. Our team will be in touch with all learners by telephone or e-mail to make the necessary arrangements and answer any questions or concerns.
Our team will remain contactable by telephone and e-mail to all learners throughout their learning programme.
3) What does this mean if I am an Employer?
We will continue to deliver our courses and qualifications remotely and online and will provide all employer support in this way. Our team will be in touch with employers by telephone or e-mail to make the necessary arrangements and answer any questions or concerns.
Our team will remain contactable by telephone and e-mail to all employers.
4) I am a prospective learner or employer who is due to meet with you, what should I do now?
Our team will be in touch with all prospetcive learners and employers by telephone or e-mail to discuss your learning or business needs and agree next steps.
