Talent Packed Graduation Kick Starts National Apprenticeship Week

We were delighted to host the Regenda Group Apprenticeship Graduation and Awards Ceremony on day one of National Apprenticeship Week - Monday 3rd February.

The talent packed event provided the perfect platform from which to celebrate the achievements of all Regenda Group apprentices who have recently completed their apprenticeships, many of whom studied at The Learning Foundry.

Graduates gathered in our iconic Watson Building to take part in the ceremony that saw Stephanie Harrison, Executive Director Operations Customer Service, Regenda Homes present them with their certificates.

The ceremony also provided the opportunity to further applaud the achievements of a select few graduates who scooped one of the Regenda Apprenticeship Awards:

The winners were:

  • Apprentice of the Year – Elizabeth Gannon
  • Manager of the Year – Leanne Seasman
  • Rising Star of the Year – Lauren Bundu

Speaking after receiving her award off Michael Birkett, Group Chief Executive, Elizabeth Gannon said: “I have thoroughly enjoyed my time studying towards my Certificate in Housing Practice with Regenda Homes and The Learning Foundry. I have gained knowledge from housing professionals and have benefited from their own experiences. I enjoyed the different ways of learning both on the job and in a classroom environment and I was delighted to achieve a distinction in my end point assessment. The Learning Foundry take the time to invest in their learners and even held a graduation ceremony to celebrate our achievements. I am very proud to have achieved my distinction and to be awarded Apprentice of the Year 2020.”

Congratulations to all Regenda Group graduates and award winners.
