Overview

A fanstastic opportunity to gain invaluable experience within the Regenda Group, working in a fast paced multi functional communcations team in a fully supportive environment

Job Description

Duties to include:

  • To work closely with the Communications Team to ensure the provision of a professional and customer focussed service
  • To help ensure all appropriate systems are kept up to date and records are maintained accurately through the provision of a robust electronic filing system
  • To learn and develop skills in the preparation and provision of service to external and internal customers
  • To build solid working relationships with key stakeholders
  • To undertake ad hoc tasks to support projects as directed by the Comms Manager
  • To complete one day per week off the job training  and achieve NVQ Level 2 Business Admin and use newly acquired skills within the workplace
  • To understand and support Regenda’s commitment to investing in communities and actively contribute to achieving this vision within the job role
  • To ensure compliance with the Group’s Health and Safety policies
  • To undertake relevant Continuing Professional Development applicable to their professional body and be prepared to undertake training as directed by the Group
  • The post holder may be directed by their line manger to carry out other duties and responsibilities in line with his/her post, grade, skills, knowledge and experience

Candidate Requirements

Desired skills

  • Interest in pursuing a career in Communications/Marketing
  • A clear willingness to learn and develop skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to deal accurately with data
  • Ability to learn to provide a robust administration support service to the business
  • Solid ICT skills
  • A positive, ‘can do’ attitude
  • Ability to work in central Liverpool and occasionally elsewhere across the Northwest. The post holder may on occasion be required to travel to other offices and therefore the ability to travel to other offices and locations which may not be easily accessible by public transport

Desired qualifications

  • There are no formal qualification entry requirements but we are ideally looking for someone who has a good level of literacy and numeracy
