Apprentice Administration Assistant / Fee Earner

Overview

A family run, leading, no-win no-fee personal injury solicitors firm based in St Helens with over 25 years experience in dealing with complex personal injury claims.

Job Description

  • To answer incoming telephone calls, transferring them to the correct destination, and passing on messages to the relevant person.
  • To send out relevant documents to clients for electronic signature.
  • To deal with emails efficiently, allocating to the correct client file and dealing with anything that needs to dealt with.
  • To send out documents to new clients ie CFA and declaration, make the relevant checks with TPI and submit the claim to the portal an instruct medical and physio.
  • Assist the fee earners with chasing clients, TPI, Physio providers, engineers for relevant documents/information.
  • Scanning, postal duties, filing, stationery orders, prepare board room for meetings and provide admin support where needed across different departments

Candidate Requirements

Desired skills

 

  • GCSE maths and English grade C / 4 or above
  • Excellent communication, organisational and IT skills
  • Previous experience of administration (not essential),
  • Honesty and trustworthiness
  • Well articulated with a keen interest in the legal sector
