Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to start their career in the legal sector with a St Helens based law firm, SBW Lawyer. 

Job Description

The aim of this role is to provide full support to a solicitor, providing a range of PA and Administrative support.  Duties will include:

  • Answering incoming telephone calls and taking accurate details from clients over the telephone
  • Assist Solicitor with administration tasks including, contacting clients for additional information
  • Sorting, scanning and filing post on a daily basis
  • Opening legal files and drafting letters
  • Making phone calls to clients and other parties to request and verify information
  • Data entry onto IT system
  • All other general administration duties
