Who is it for?

This apprenticeship is aimed at senior housing professionals in the social or private housing sector who are responsible for the delivery and management of housing or property related services (e.g. Neighbourhood Manager, Housing Manager, Income Manager).

Entry requirements

To undertake this programme, learners must be working in a housing or housing related industry (preferably at a supervisory or management level). They must hold five GCSE’s (grade A* - C / 9-4) or achieve Level 2 in English and Maths during initial assessment.

Qualification

Learners will achieve the CIH Level 4 Certificate in Housing.

Progression route

Learners can progress to the CIH Level 5 Diploma in Housing or an undergraduate course at university.

CIH level 3 Certificate in Housing Practice

Who is it for?

This apprenticeship is aimed at housing/property management officers in an operational role (e.g. Housing Officer, Lettings Officer, Supported Housing Officer).

To undertake this programme, learners must be working in housing or a housing related industry. They must hold five GCSE’s (grade A* - C / 9-4) or achieve Level 2 in English and Maths during initial assessment.

Qualification

Learners will achieve the CIH Level 3 Certificate in Housing Practice.

Progression route

Learners can progress to the Level 4 CIH Certificate in Housing Practice.

CIH level 2 Certificate in Housing Practice

Who is it for?

This qualification is ideal for those working in an entry level role in either the social or private housing sector (e.g. Customer Services Assistant, Housing Assistant,
Lettings Assistant) dealing with customers on a regular basis and providing tenancy support.

To undertake this programme, learners must be working in the housing or property sector. They must hold five GCSE’s (grade A* - E / 9-3) or achieve Level 1 in English and Maths during initial assessment

Learners will achieve the CIH Level 2 Certificate in Housing Practice.
