What our learners say

"Learning from a piece of paper was just not for me. I really didn’t enjoy learning at college and the course wasn’t right for me either. I signed up for The Learning Foundry and the ‘Picture Your Future’ traineeship was ideal to show me all the options that were out there. My confidence has grown so much since and now I’m in an apprenticeship role I love."
Mia, Former learner

"The Learning Foundry has helped me so much with my confidence, my self-esteem my timekeeping. It’s helped me get my life back on track and make something for myself and my daughter. I always thought I’d just be a care kid and wouldn’t go far in life and without this course and my amazing tutors and classmates I honestly don’t know where I’d be today."
Lucy, Former Learner

“I love being independent on my apprenticeship, I enjoy my sessions and I’m finding it easy to manage around my other work. My tutor is lovely and so responsive. Learning at TLF is not like school at all. I have developed great skills – I'm so much more confident, I’m speaking to people I would never have met otherwise."
