Mental Health in Education: Why It Matters and How The Learning Foundry Supports You

Whether you're revising for exams, starting a new course, or just trying to get through the day, mental health affects how you learn, connect, and grow.
World Mental Health Day takes place every year on the 10 th of October, and it’s recognised across the UK and globally.
At The Learning Foundry, we’re passionate about shining a light on mental health and breaking the stigma. We believe that talent shines where kindness thrives, and that education is about more than qualifications - it’s about confidence, connection, and feeling supported every step of the way.
We’re supporting Mental Health Awareness Month by sharing with our learners, staff and community the ways they can work with us to boost mental wellbeing. This October, we’re joining the national conversation around mental health, and we want you to be part of it!
