Two TLF alumni recognised at the Liverpool Adult Learning Awards

Clementine and Patricia swooped Adult Learner of the Year and Highly Commended at this year’s Liverpool Adult Learning Awards.

At The Learning Foundry, we’re proud of every single one of our learners, and we love a reason to show off what they’ve achieved!

This year, we nominated several of our learners into Realise’s Adult Learning Awards, on behalf of the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority. We're thrilled that all four entrants, Cieran, Clementine, Patricia and Anthony were shortlisted and invited to the ceremony at The Florrie.

Clementine, one of our Sound Check alumni, clinched Adult Learner of the Year for Wirral, and Patricia who joined us for a Customer Service Sector-based Work Academy (SWAP) received highly commended in the Adult Learner of the Year category for Sefton.

The Liverpool City Region Adult Learning Awards are an opportunity to celebrate the best learners from the Liverpool City Region. The awards were open to any learner from across the area. This is a unique opportunity for our learners to be recognised by a panel of expert judges.

The awards are a huge achievement for our learners, and a credit to the TLF team who supported them. We work with a diverse range of learners, helping them to overcome numerous barriers to education, training and employment.

At The Learning Foundry, we offer a wider range of funded courses to people across Merseyside, and beyond, to support people into meaningful and sustainable work.
