At The Learning Foundry, we love working with people and organisations to get the most of them, and to make talent shine!
The LEAD programme is a bespoke leadership and management programme delivered by The Learning Foundry on behalf of The Regenda Group.
The programme gives colleagues across the Group an opportunity to upskill themselves and take the leap into management.
Now in its eleventh year, the LEAD programme has supported over 120 people ‘Lead, Evolve, Achieve and Develop' - regardless of age, service length or job title.
The programme was recently recognised in the British Training Awards where The Learning Foundry were nominated as best Learning and Development Provider of the Year.
