Direct claim status awarded for our Domestic Energy Assessment programme
We’re thrilled to reveal that awarding organisation, City and Guilds, have awarded The Learning Foundry direct claim status for the Level 3 Certificate in Domestic Energy Assessment qualification, part of our wider Skills Bootcamp in Green Skills.
After just the one quality monitoring visit from City and Guilds, they were able to recognise the quality of the programme – and how it was delivered. This means that The Learning Foundry can independently deliver and certificate our Domestic Energy Assessment qualification.
Greg Simpson, Development Coach for our Skills Bootcamp in Green Skills, said:
“This is the thing that we’ve been building up to. As coaches, it’s great to have the backing that what we are doing is good! It gives us as coaches, and The Learning Foundry, self-assurance, and confidence in our practice.”
At The Learning Foundry, we are constantly quality checking our provision, talking to learners, conducting our own surveys and self-assessing to ensure we are the best we can possibly be at what we do.
We’d like to say a huge well done to all of our Skills Bootcamp coaches and delivery team for their hard work and dedication to creating a quality course.
This qualification is aimed at anyone interested in energy efficiency and working, or looking for work, as an energy assessor in the housing, energy or construction sectors.
We have Domestic Energy Assessment Skills Bootcamps starting throughout May. Find out more about the programme, here.
