A Message to the Employers who Work With Us
We recognise that your people are fundamental to the success of your organisation, which is why I wanted to personally reassure you we are committed to supporting your staff to continue their learning with us during this time. With excellent distance learning facilities and experienced tutors, we can ensure your staff remain productive, including if they have been furloughed, and crucially ready to return to work once it is safe to do so.
Furthermore, learners will be equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to get your business moving again, having completed the bulk of their training whist in isolation. For any of your staff who are key workers and still in work, we will ensure that their apprenticeship can continue with as minimum disruption to their work as possible.
The Learning Foundry are still actively enrolling employees onto apprenticeships, if you have any staff you would like to enrol onto an apprenticeship, please get in touch as this can be done through our distance learning offer.
