After three years in the Housing sector, Jennifer decided it was time to enhance her knowledge and undertake training with The Learning Foundry to gain more of an insight into other departments within her organisation. 

Josh is truly a TLF superstar. After excelling in a Level 2 Customer Service qualification, he has now gained himself a Distinction in all aspects of this End Point Assessment for his Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship. Josh is also a well-loved member of the team at The Regenda Group, working as a Facilities Assistant.

As part of National Apprenticeship Week, it’s important for us to highlight the opportunities apprenticeships can provide. Claire joined The Learning Foundry in May 2023 as our Apprenticeships Delivery and Performance Manager. She completed her first apprenticeship in 1997, and has used apprenticeship training to level up ever since - so over to Claire to tell us more about her journey.
