Changes to apprenticeship funding coming from 1st April 2024

And it’s good news! From 1st April this year, the government will fully fund all apprenticeships for small businesses. This means they’ll pay the full cost for apprenticeship training for anyone up to the age of 21.  

I struck gold with The Learning Foundry – Alexis' story

Alexis had a rough idea of what she was looking for when she left college looking for her next steps. She started looking into careers in dentistry when she stumbled across The Learning Foundry. We were able to find her a role as Apprentice Dental Nurse.

Update: More training needed for partially qualified housing staff

The Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities have released details for their Competence and Conduct Standard for social housing. The open consultation concerns the training required for social housing managers and other key members of staff in the sector.
