Shirley has worked in housing for almost three years and made the switch to social housing 18 months ago. When Shirley started looking into investing in her learning and development, her organisation introduced her to The Learning Foundry. 

Rebecca started her career in an admin support before becoming a Lettings and Data Admin Apprentice two years ago. Rebecca jumped at the chance to get training to support her in her role. 

Apprentices help individuals grow and develop, but how can organisations and managers benefit?  

We’re so excited to be opening our second campus, The Learning Foundry Skills Centre. The centre will create opportunities for local people to get the skills they need to get a job in the built environment sector .
