We’re partnering with Vibe to make talent shine in Knowsley! Picture Your Future is a new 12-week free training programme starting 5th July 2021 with routes into employment, bringing your dream job closer. You’ll be earning a wage in no time! Get the skills you need, develop your confidence, and get ready for work.

What will I do?
We want to help you to picture your future and get ready for work, whatever your dream career is! As part of our free 12 week programme, you'll blend classroom learning with real work experience to get the skills you need for work!
For the first 4 weeks, you'll be with Vibe at their base in Huyton, building your knowledge and skills in teamwork, resilience and employability with some exciting challenges. Then from week 5 onwards, you'll join a top local employers to put your skills into practice in the workplace for 2 days per week! You'll continue to learn in the classroom for 2 days too, developing your Maths, English and employability! Our programme with Vibe is unique, with some amazing opportunities to take part in archery, canoeing, climbing and more.
The opportunities don't stop when your course ends! After the programme, we'll help you to seek out your next steps, whether it's an apprenticeship, employment, or education.You could be earning a wage within 13 weeks!

Am I eligible?
Picture your future and join our flexible and free programme, there are a few eligibility criteria you'll need to meet.
You'll need to:
- Be aged 16-24
- Be unemployed, and not in education or training.
- Have not been on a traineeship course before
- Not have a qualification at Level 3 or above
