The Learning Foundry Apprentices Feature on Jermaine Foster's Radio Merseyside Show
Two Learning Foundry apprentices featured on Jermaine Foster's popular Radio Merseyside Show on Thursday, February 6, during National Apprenticeship Week.
The stories of both Joel, Housing Apprentice and Tammy, Business Admin Apprentice were shared and highlighted what can happen when taking a leap of faith with The Learning Foundry is married with an ambition to learn and be the best version of you! The positive impact The Learning Foundry has on its apprentices was clear from both Joel and Tammy's respective experiences.

Karen Murphy (44:21-45:45), Project Manager, Regenda Homes, also featured prominently and was asked about whether The Learning Foundry forgets about their apprentices once they have flown The Learning Foundry coop and are in employment. Karen had this to say, "Absolutely not, we keep in touch with them and when they go into employment they can progress through the organisation and hopefully The Learning Foundry will continue to deliver training to them in the workplace as well."
